Princess Tatiana

HRH Princess Tatiana of Greece and Denmark was born in Caracas, Venezuela. After graduating from Aiglon College in Switzerland, she received her BA in Sociology from Georgetown University (2003).
In 2006 she joined Diane von Furstenberg’s fashion house as public relations consultant and event organizer. Before that, Tatiana had held similar positions in London.


In 2010 she married her husband HRH Prince Nikolaos of Greece and Denmark on the island of Spetses, Greece. Since then and especially after moving to Athens in 2013, Tatiana has actively pursued her passion for natural & healthy living through her philanthropic and entrepreneurial work. She co-founded ELPIDA Youth, a branch of ELPIDA Association of Friends of Children with Cancer, that aims to raise awareness about and support the psychological wellbeing of sick children. She has also teamed up with BOROUME, a non-profit organization that runs an extensive meals donation program, on a special cookbook project.


Tatiana recently co-founded TRIA ETC, which collaborates with local artisans and artistic minds to create products of unique-quality craftsmanship that are as much part of the past as they are of the future, celebrating Greece’s heritage and new talent. Her co-founders are Christina Filiagkouridou and Elina Sbokou.


Tatiana has worked with numerous charities, including the Red Cross (Royal Patron, 2011); Vital Voices, in support of emerging women leaders around the world; and the JuanFe Foundation, which aims to improve the quality of life of impoverished children and teenage mothers in the city of Cartagena, Colombia. She is a board member of the Walkabout Foundation and a Young Patron of the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens, Greece.
